A Heavy Rain Warning remains in force for the Western and interior of Viti Levu including Momi to Nadi, Lautoka, Ba through Tavua, Rakiraki, interior of Ra, Tailevu North, Yasawa and Mamanuca Group, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, Lomaiviti and Southern Lau Group while a Heavy Rain Alert remains in force for the rest of Fiji.
The Nadi Weather Office says an active trough of low pressure lies slow moving over the group, which is associated with clouds and rain will continue to affect the country.
Localised heavy rain may lead to flash flooding in low-lying areas.
