As the Fiji Water Flying Fijians look forward to this weekend’s final round of the Punjas Pacific Battle Series clash against Japan, the team is adamant to keep a clean sheet in this tournament and claim the title that has been missing from their trophy cabinet for quite some time.

They will also try and avenge their 34-21 loss to Japan in 2019 at Kamaishi Unosumai Memorial Stadium.

Coach Simon Raiwalui is also expected to field another set of players this week as he had earlier mentioned that he will want to test out new combinations before the Rugby World Cup kicks off next month.

Players like fly-halves Teti Tela and Ben Volavola along with Racing Metro flyer Vinaya Habosi are expected to make their first appearances for the team this year.

The Flying Fijians will take on Japan at 10.15pm Saturday in Tokyo.
