Five people have been charged with careless driving after a viral video that surfaced last week, showing vehicles being driven recklessly along Mead Road.
Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro emphasizes that police have done their part through the conduction of investigations.
Police also confirm that investigations are ongoing to identify a sixth person, who allegedly provided false information to the rental car company.
