Fiji Airways Fiji National 7s Coach Osea Kolinisau says the team’s fitness level has really picked up this week as they prepare for the McDonald’s Coral Coast 7s next week.

This is after he said earlier this week that some of the boys came back from their Christmas and New Year’s break a bit rusty.

Kolinisau says the team has really shown mental fortitude to push hard when its tough in training

He says he will name his squad for the Coral Coast 7s which kicks off next Thursday, on Tuesday.

Eight players from the extended squad have been named in Mike Fridays Select 7s side for the tournament.

The Fiji 7s team are pooled with New Zealand 2, Tuva Rugby, and Brothers.
