Fijiana 7s Coach Saiasi Fuli says there are new players in their squad and they need to expose them internationally.
He says this is a very short season with no major tournament like the Olympics, World Cup or Commonwealth Games.
He says for this new season, they have a plan and have set an objective which is to start well.
The Fijiana are pooled with Ireland, Spain and Japan in a very tough pool.
The Dubai 7s will be held from next Friday till Sunday.
