The Vodafone Fijiana XV have made four changes to their starting line-up for their second Women’s Rugby World Cup match against Scotland this Sunday.

Vika Matarugu will start at tighthead prop after impressing off the bench last week, moving Tiana Robanakadavu to the bench.

Michella’e Stolz and experienced campaigner Alowesi Nakoci will start at the wings, while Verenaisi Ditavutu comes in at centre, bringing physicality and athleticism to the midfield.

21-year-old Alfreda Fisher will captain the side against Scotland.

Head Coach Ioan Cunningham says they know Scotland will bring a lot of physicality, a strong kicking game, and a solid set piece.

He says they will need to be sharp at the breakdown and create opportunities to unleash their athletic players in space.

The Fijiana will take on Scotland at 1.45am this Sunday at Salford Community Stadium in Manchester.
