The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s team will now face England in the 5th place play-off at the Sydney 7s.
The team had beaten Brazil 31-0 in their third pool match at the Sydney 7s.
Ana Maria Naimasi scored two tries while Luisa Tisolo, Tokasa Seniyasi, and Alowesi Nakoci scored a try each.
Fiji had won their first match against USA and then lost to Canada in their second pool match.
Fiji has failed to qualify for the semi-finals as Canada won all three of their pool matches.
Fiji will take on England at 4.14pm.
Meanwhile, Canada will play Australia while New Zealand will play France in the semi-finals.
