Paradise Beverages has backed up its sponsorship of the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua with the release of a special edition Fiji Bitter commemorative can.

Paradise Beverages General Manager Mike Spencer says they are very excited to be able to continue the sponsorship of the first ever Fijian side in the Super Rugby competition.

A QR code on the carton will lead fans to the Fijian Drua website where they can access more Fijian Drua content.

With the sponsorship, the Fiji Bitter logo will feature on the Fijian Drua shorts.

Fijian Drua CEO Brian Thorburn says the team is fired up and they are ready for their first game against the Waratahs at 8:45pm this Friday.

In other Super Rugby matches, the Chiefs will take on the Highlanders at 3.35pm Saturday, the Crusaders will play the Hurricanes at 6.05pm Saturday, the Reds will face the Rebels at 8.45pm Saturday and the Brumbies meet the Western Force at 3pm Sunday.
