The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team has qualified for the 9th place playoff of the Dubai 7s after beating Kenya 21 – 17 in an epic comeback, while the Fijiana 7s have also made it through to the 5th place playoff after thrashing Spain 26 – 5.
The Fiji men’s 7s will take on Uruguay in the 9th place playoff at 12:46am Sunday while the Fijiana 7s will take on Ireland in the 5th place final at 12:04am Sunday.
Meanwhile, in the men’s competition cup semi-finals Ireland will face USA at 10:17pm tonight while New Zealand will take on South Africa at 10:39pm.
In the women’s competition cup semi-finals, New Zealand will face USA at 12:10am tomorrow and France is set to take on Australia at 12:32am.
