Fiji aims to tighten up defence in final day of Vancouver 7s

Fiji Airways men’s national 7s team captain Tevita Daugunu says the team hopes their defence will be tight in the final day of the Vancouver 7s tomorrow.

Speaking after their 33-12 win against USA, Daugunu says their focus during the match was to gauge where their defence stood.

He adds the boys love being coached by the all-time most points scorer, Ben Gollings.

The Fiji 7s side will meet France in the first cup quarterfinal at 5.40am tomorrow.

In other cup quarterfinals, South Africa will face Samoa, Argentina will take on England and New Zealand will play Australia.

The cup semifinals will start at 9.44am tomorrow and the final will be played at 12.58pm tomorrow.
