The Fiji Rugby Union today announced its partnership with Jack's of Fiji as the official apparel sponsor for all domestic competitions marking a significant milestone in promoting Fijian rugby.

While speaking at the partnership announcement today, Nikul Khatri who is one of the Directors of Jack's of Fiji says they are thrilled to partner with the FRU and they are honoured to be able to be a part of the journey in supporting and uplifting the talented athletes who represent their clubs.

Khatri says this partnership aims to enhance the overall experience of Fijian rugby at the grassroots level.

He says through this partnership, they hope to showcase the best of Fijian rugby and empower players to excel on and off the field.

FRU Administrator Simione Valenitabua says they are grateful and humbled by the support from Jack's of Fiji in such a challenging time.

Valenitabua says the FRU made a commitment to make sure the game is accessible for all Fijians and it is companies like Jack's of Fiji who are allowing them to keep that commitment by relieving the financial burden that uniform supply can bring.

As part of this sponsorship agreement, Jack’s of Fiji will provide the FRU with high-quality match kits to all participating unions under the FRU domestic competition and this includes the Skipper Cup, Inkk Farebrother Trophy Challenge, ANZ Marama Championship, Vodafone Vanua Championship, Royal Tea Ranadi Cup, Vodafone Deans Trophy, Weet-Bix Raluve Trophy and the Fiji Primary Schools competition.

The Skipper Cup and the Vanua Championship will kick off this weekend.
