Fiji Ports Terminal Limited employees to share $410,000 bonus

The Fiji Ports Terminal Limited employees received an early Christmas gift as they will be sharing $410,000 as part of their performance payout for the year ended as of 31st December 2019.

The amount will be shared by 400 Fiji Ports Terminal Limited members including permanent employees, registered workers and day contractors.

The Chairman of Fiji Ports Terminal Limited Hasmukh Patel says the Performance Management Framework has chartered a pathway for the organizational and employee development, equally nurturing the standard of company’s service delivery and supporting the continuous improvement model.

Patel says they always put their employees first because the progress and success of the company depends on the progress and success of their employees.

The Chairman says he believes that this Performance Payment will comfort employees and their families in this difficult time.
