The Fiji Men’s hockey side suffered a close loss in their Hockey 5s World Cup 13th-16th place playoff match against Nigeria yesterday.

The teams played with a lot of determination and heart as they held Nigeria to a 5-all draw at full-time.

The game went into shootouts where Nigeria came out on top winning 2-1.

Fiji will now take on Jamaica in the 15-16th place payoff at 5pm today.
