Fiji Kulas win silver medal at the Pacific Games

The Fiji Kulas have won a silver medal at the Pacific Games after a 4-1 defeat against PNG in the gold medal final.

The Kulas were losing 1 nil at half time, and PNG scored three goals in the second half.

Trina Davis scored a late goal for Fiji to wrap up the 2023 Pacific Games women’s competition.

The Fiji Men’s Football side won the bronze medal after a 4-2 win against Vanuatu.

Fiji's goals in the first half were scored by Thomas Dunn

Both teams were tied 2-all at half time.

Merril Nand and Nabil Begg scored in the second half.

The Fiji Men’s team last won the gold medal at the 2003 Pacific games held in Fiji.
