Defending champions Pacific Seafood Supplies Lautoka has registered their first win of the 2025 BiC Fiji FACT after beating Dayals Sawmillers Ba 2-0 at HFC Bank Stadium this afternoon.

With two losses and a game still remaining, Ba is the first team out of trophy contention.

The Men in Black suffered a blow as Joeli Navalawa was stretchered off due to a foot injury and was replaced by Faazil Ali.

Saula Waqa opened the scoring in the 64th minute before Simione Nabenu sealed the win in the 87th for Lautoka.

The Baby Blues turn their focus towards Rewa now and coach Anginesh Prasad says the coaching panel will decide how they take on the Delta Tigers.

He says Zibraz Sahib was instrumental in the second half and controlled the players in the midfield to get past Ba.

They currently lead Group A with 4 points.

Ba Team Director Yunus Khalik says they have a lot of young players who they will develop and return to winning form.

He says they now wait for their physiotherapist’s decision on whether Navalawa will be available for their final group match against Navua.

Meanwhile, the match between PartsLink Automotive/Manasa Export Nadroga and Stratum Construction Suva is underway.

Extra Supermarket Labasa takes on Bula Rentals & Tours Nadi at 4pm while Ajay Trading Rewa Blue Gas Navua at 6pm.
