The final 8 players who will feature in the McDonald's Mike Friday Select 7s team have been picked from the Fiji Airways 7s extended squad.
Friday reached out to fellow coaching colleague and 2025 McDonald's Fiji's Coral Coast Sevens Ambassador and current Fiji Airways National 7s coach Osea Kolinisau to identify 8 suitable candidates to join the squad.
The players selected to line up beside Jerry Tuwai, Rosko Specman, Harry McNulty, Luke Treharne, Alexandre Odinga and Matai Leuta are Viliame Naikausa, Rubeni Kabu, Suliano Volivoli, Jope Tikomailepanoni, Iliavi Masori, Sakiusa Siqila, Rauto Vakadranu, and Alipate Biu.
The 8 players will get a chance able to showcase their skills and of course let Kolinisau know why they should be on a plane to Perth, Australia.
