Two players with links to Fiji, Virimi Vakatawa and Chay Fihaki have been selected to line up for the Barbarians FC which will take on the Fiji Water Flying Fijians in their Killik Cup clash on Sunday.

The Barbarians include players from different clubs around the world who are invited to play for them in exhibition matches against clubs and countries.

Vakatawa was selected from the Bristol Bears in the English Premiership Rugby Competition while Chay Fihaki was selected from the Crusaders in the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific Competition.

The 23-match day squad has already been revealed with the two Fijian players in the mix and will be captained by All Blacks legend Sam Whitelock.

Quite several players with links to Fiji have represented the Barbarians in the past and the two players that have been named will look to continue the legacy in the black and white striped jersey.

The Barbarians will also be looking to take their revenge on the Flying Fijians after the Fijians claimed a close 33-31 win at Twickenham prior to the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

The Barbarians will take on the Flying Fijians at 4.15am this Sunday at Twickenham Stadium.
