Fans are calling on the Fiji National 7s side at the Paris Olympics 2024 to be more disciplined in their attack and defence ahead of their semi final clash against Australia tomorrow.

While Fiji has displayed moments of brilliance it has also been pointed out that Ireland starved Fiji of possession most of the first half after they knocked the ball on, so ball retention and possession must also be looked at.

Some have said that even though the Fiji Team has the height and the reach, they are still losing the aerial battle.

They says Fiji lost at least three kick offs against Ireland in their quarter final clash.

They say Fiji also needs to be more disciplined in their defence and not give away easy penalties where players are not on their feet when contesting the ruck.

Fiji plays Australia at 2am tomorrow in the second semi final while hosts France take on South Africa at 1.30am.

The final will be played at 5.45am.

Meanwhile, the Fijiana play Canada at 3.30am on Monday, they will meet China at 7am and then New Zealand at 2.30am on Tuesday.

The women’s quarter finals start at 7am on Tuesday, while the semi finals start at 1.30am on Wednesday.

The women’s final is at 5.45am Wednesday.
