Famous TikToker, Anis Khatoon Gwaizda who is also known as Nazmeen has been remanded in custody by the Nadi Magistrates Court for allegedly breaching her bail conditions.

The 61-year-old woman is charged with two counts of causing harm by posting electronic communication under the Online Safety Act and a count of breaching bail conditions.

She allegedly used her social media account.

The court has ordered Gwaizda's lawyer, Faizal Koya to formally apply for bail and file an application for bail variation.

Koya says Gwaizda wants to travel to Australia as she has a business there and she needs to take care of her son who is unwell.

Police say Gwaizda was allegedly misusing or was being irresponsible by creating hatred, using vulgar and degrading language and was bullying others on the virtual platform.

Her bail condition included deactivating all her social media accounts for the next 14 days, $500 cash bond and a surety.

She has also been ordered to not leave the country.

Police say the woman recently came to Fiji from Australia.

The court will deliver the ruling on the applications this Thursday.
