With two legs remaining in the Super 7s Series, FRU CEO John O’Connor has confirmed that they will hold discussions with the National 7s Coach Ben Gollings before confirming the dates of the final two legs.
3 legs were played earlier this year at before the tournament took a break to allow for the selection of the national men’s 7s team for the World 7s Series.
Police Blue are currently leading the Super 7s Series Standings with Wardens in Second place.
O’Connor also confirms that apart from the remaining legs of the Super 7s Series they are also looking at an additional 7s tournament to suit the coach’s preparation for the Commonwealth Games in England.
The Commonwealth games is scheduled to be held from next month in England.
