If you are going to Nausori Town through King’s Road and crossing the bridge then be mindful that the Fiji Roads Authority will be undertaking roadworks along the Nausori Village frontage between the Wainibokasi Roundabout and the Nausori Bypass Roundabout over the weekend.

FRA says as a consequence, the road will be under a temporary traffic management plan over the weekend to allow for the work to be carried out safely.

They say the contractor will be working in sections to ensure that vehicles can still pass through the area.

They are requesting drivers to strictly adhere to the signs placed and follow the directions of the traffic controllers to ensure the safety of other drivers and workmen.

FRA says the road closure is necessary for pavement preparation work, which is leading up to the planned asphalt concrete overlay works from 9pm to 5.30am on Monday and Tuesday next week.

If you are planning to travel in this area, please take note of this notice and be prepared for possible delays.
