The Fiji National University’s Careers Discovery for High School Students team visited Marist Brothers High School Year 12 and 13 students for their career path today.

MBHS Deputy Head Boy, Maximillian Kirite says it is a pleasure to be part of the awareness session held by FNU at MBHS and learning about all the amazing opportunities the University offers is inspiring and motivating.

Kirite says he is thankful for the chance to gain a deeper understanding of what FNU has to offer, and it has even made him even more excited and eager to pursue and reach his dreams.

MBHS Vice Principal, Tupou Gavidi says the students were looking forward to the visit from the FNU, who came to their doorstep to share information on the programmes and courses.

Gavidi says this programme would help students prepare for their tertiary education as they had similar sessions from FNU in the past years.

She says the students were informed on the career paths they want to follow and what life is about in tertiary institutions.

The campaign allows students and teachers to network with the academics and FNU Outreach team to explore the study opportunities available for them to pursue their career.
