FNPF Acting CEO Viliame Vodonaivalu.

FNPF has today confirmed that it will roll-out COVID-19 relief assistance for its voluntary members from 12th April 2021.

Acting CEO Viliame Vodonaivalu says these members can apply for $100 to a maximum of $1,100 in their General Account.

He says voluntary members must have a minimum of $135 in their General Account and be over 18-years-old to be eligible.

FNPF says there are over 20,000 voluntary members but about 6,000 are active.

It says these active members are those in the informal sector who continue to make contributions from their savings.
