FICAC intends to consolidate charges in the case of the 6 SODELPA and former FijiFirst MP

FICAC is intending to consolidate the charges of the 6 SODELPA and former FijiFirst MP facing charges of giving false information to a public servant and obtaining financial advantage.

The SODELPA MP’s are Ratu Suliano Matanitobua, Niko Nawaikula, Salote Radrodro, Peceli Vosanibola, Simione Rasova and Adi Litia Qionibaravi and Vijendra Prakash is the former FijiFirst MP.

They allegedly claimed a combined total of $186,749.20 in parliamentary allowances that they were not entitled to.

It was also heard in court that Adi Litia is still sick and is recovering at home.

The case will be called on next Monday.
