Elderly person passes away in a house fire in Ba

A person in their 80s has passed away following a house fire in Varadoli, Ba this morning.

Police say the victim was trapped inside the two bedroom home when it was on fire after 3 this morning.

National Fire Authority Officers and Police are still at the scene.
