Education Ministry urges students to redeem e-Transport cards ahead of Term 2

Ministry of Education has confirmed that students can now redeem their e-Transport cards, as it has been successfully topped up.

Students with blue subsidised cards are encouraged to redeem them at Vodafone outlets or selected District Offices as soon as possible.

The Ministry is urging both students and parents to redeem cards now to avoid last-minute delays.

For any assistance or questions regarding e-Transport cards, students can contact the Transport Assistance Unit at 3220429 or 3220570, or send an email to ta.helpdesk@govnet.gov.fj.

The Ministry is also reminding students who have lost or damaged their blue subsidised cards to follow the official replacement procedure. This includes completing the Lost/Damaged e-Transport Card Form, having it approved by the Head of School, and then submitting the approved form with the school stamp and signature at any Vodafone outlet.

Meanwhile, Term 2 of the school year begins for students on Tuesday.
