The Ministry of Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation today revealed that the Eastern Division earned the most during the Fiji Women’s Expo this year.
Minister Rosy Akbar says that the Eastern Division walked away with $117,640 while Central Division walked away with $68,687.
Akabar says that Northern Division took home $61,188, Western Division had $47,137, Outside Stall Sales walked away with 17,662 while Unclassified Sales had $1,817.
She adds that they will continue with the Women’s Expo next year as government has allocated $500,000 for it.
Meanwhile, a total of $352,000 of sales was earned through this year’s National Women Expo.
