He adds that they play a high-tempo game and they are also working on improving their support game.
Fiji’s first pool match is against Argentina at 9.10pm Saturday, followed by South Africa at 12.16am Sunday and France at 4.12am on Sunday.
The Men's Cup semi finals kick off at 10.06pm Sunday while the Cup final is at 4.11am next Monday.
Meanwhile, the Fijiana 7s begin their Dubai 7s campaign against the USA at 7.20pm Saturday, followed by France at 9.59pm, and New Zealand at 1.27am Saturday.
The women’s semi finals will begin at 9.12pm Sunday, with the final at 3.35am Monday.

Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s coach Osea Kolinisau says his squad is in good health and fully focused on delivering a strong opening performance at the Dubai Sevens this weekend.
Kolinisau confirms that the team has no injuries, saying that three standby players have travelled to Dubai with the Serie A Lions side, who are also competing in an invitational tournament at the same venue.
He says their presence provides immediate cover should any injuries occur, avoiding the need for replacements to fly in from Fiji.

Kolinisau says the revised format requires teams to win all three pool matches,—or at least two—to finish in the top two and qualify for the semifinals.
He says the players understand that they cannot afford to slip even in one game, adding that they must be at their best against every opponent.
The coach says that although Fiji are the defending champions, their priority is to ensure they enter the tournament prepared and execute what they have been working on over the past weeks.

The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s side have started their Dubai 7s campaign on a high after beating the USA 19-7 in their first pool game.
The Fijiana ran in tries to Lavena Cavuru, Silika Qalo and debutant Atelaite Ralivanawa with conversions from Cavuru and Kelerayani Luvu.
A bit of ill discipline in the first half as Qalo was shown a yellow card in the third minute for a tackle that slipped up.
The USA scored through Kaylen Thomas and led 7-5 at halftime.
The Fijiana powered back into the game with a try to Qalo before Ralivanawa put things out of reach for the USA scoring at fulltime.
Verenaisi Ditavutu after the game says while the weather is a bit like Fiji it is still a bit hotter in Dubai.

The Fiji Airways Men's National 7s team have outplayed Argentina 26-19 in their first pool game to keep their hopes of defending their Dubai 7s title alive.
Vuiviwa Naduvalo scored a double with the other tries from skipper Jeremaia Matana and George Bose with the conversions by Bose and Waisea Nacuqu.
Argentina scored first through Santino Zangara and Marcos Moneta to give them an early lead before Fiji struck back through Naduvalo and Matana and then another one from Naduvalo.
Fiji led 19-12 at the break.
In the second half Bose extended Fiji's lead before Sebastian Dubuc got the Argentinians back within reach.
Argentina received a scrum with a few seconds to go but the Fiji defence was able to shut down any hopes they had of making it go to extra time with a draw.
Fiji plays South Africa at 12.16am tomorrow and France at 4.12am tomorrow as well.

Reapi Ulunisau's hattrick has helped the Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s hold off France 28-19 in their second pool match this evening.
The Fijiana ran in 4 converted tries to Ulunisau and Sera Bolatini with conversions from Lavena Cavuru and Ulunisau.
In the first half the Fijiana ran riot over France seemingly scoring at will.
The Fijiana led 21-0 at halftime.
Les Blues struck back in the second half with three quick tries to Hawa Tounkara, Lilou Graciet and Suliana Sivi.
Bolatini's try in the eighth minute was the difference maker as the Fijiana were able to hold off the France attack with time running out with a nine point lead.

The USA have beaten favourites the Black Ferns 7s 21-17 in the last minute to keep things interesting in Pool A.
The USA are coming off a 14 game losing streak against New Zealand and have surprised everyone after holding out and beating the world champions.
Su Adegoke, Sarah Levy, and Erica Coulibaly scored with conversions from Tahna Wilfley and Sariah Ibarra.
The Black Ferns scored through Kelsey Teneti and Risi Pouri-Lane.
The Emilie Bydwell coached side led 7-5 at the break.

The Fiji Airways Men's National 7s team have dispatched the Blitzboks 28-10 in their second pool game this morning.
Fiji's tries were scored by Joseva Talacolo, Pilipo Bukayaro, Jeremaia Matana, and debutant Apete Narogo with conversions by Waisea Nacuqu, George Bose, Vuiviwa Naduvalo and Terio Veilawa.
South Africa's two tries were scored by Ronald Brown and Tristan Leyds.
While South Africa looked dangerous at times even scoring first they were easily shut down by Fiji's defence.
The South African side were let down by their handling errors as they trailed Fiji 14-5 at halftime.
The Osea Kolinisau coached side seem to have their finger on the pulse as they were able to coordinate attacks and offloads that kept the Blitzboks guessing.
During an interview after the game, Talacolo thanked their families and fans for their prayers and support.
Talacolo says the tournament is not over as they will learn from the mistakes made over the last two games as they prepare for their next game.
Fiji will play France at 4.12am today in their last pool game.

The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s side will play Australia in the Cup semifinals at 9.34 tonight even though they lost 31-12 to New Zealand in their last pool game.
They were not only outscored but outpaced and outmuscled by the Black Ferns 7s side who imposed their dominance from the opening whistle.

While the Australian side dominated in clean breaks, passes, offloads and carries the men in black ran in four tries to Dylan Collier, Akuila Rokolisoa, Sione Molia, and Jayden Keelan to the three by Maurice Longbottom, William Cartwright and Harry Wilson.
New Zealand led 12-5 at the break.
Maurice Longbottom dived over for the opening try for Australia but it came at a cost, with the veteran playmaker forced off the field due to injury.
New Zealand hit straight back when a fortuitous bounce landed in Dylan Collier’s lap for the response, extending their lead shortly afterwards via Tone Ng Shiu.
Aden Ekanayake was bundled into touch right before half-time, before a massive moment in the game saw an Australian break blown up to check high contact, ending a clear scoring opportunity.
The play was cleared, with the Aussies unable to press their claims for the levelling try on account of it happening after the half-time siren.
When the match resumed for the second half, Sione Molia capitalised on an Australian mistake for a 19-5 advantage.
Will Cartwright sparked the Aussie comeback with a nice step and dive for the corner as Harry Wilson scored straight afterwards from the kick-off to reduce the lead to four.
However, it was all in vain as Kiwi young gun Jayden Keelan sprinted away for the sealer.
Wilson scored his second after the siren to reduce the margin, but it was all New Zealand in the UAE, making it two from two to start the season.
