The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua are expected to sign about ten to twelve new development players who will be in the Drua development program.

Outgoing Swire Shipping Fijian Drua CEO, Brian Thorburn confirms that these players will train with the Drua team a couple of days in a week to gain experience and have a feel of the Super Rugby professional environment.

Thorburn adds that it is important to start preparing the next set of players to be ready for the Drua in the future.

He says this include some Under 18 players from the Super Deans competition.
