The driver alleged to have caused the death of a 22-year-old man following an accident in Lautoka last Sunday has been charged.
Police say the driver has been charged with one count of causing death by dangerous driving.
He will be produced in the Lautoka Magistrates Court today.
Police say the man was a passenger in a vehicle that was heading towards the Lautoka Hospital when it is alleged the driver tried to overtake a car near Drasa Avenue when their vehicle hit an oncoming vehicle.
