Discipline, humility and respecting others are the three principles that the Ratu Kadavulevu School under 14 rugby team has been upholding ever since the beginning of their journey this year and they will be taking that with them when they take on MGM High School in the Vodafone Super Deans final this Saturday.

Team manager Eta Vakalutugone says the secret behind the team’s success is unity and most importantly divine intervention.

Vakalutugone says they are ready for the challenge this week against MGM, as they have never played them and they will be very unpredictable.

She says they are focused on the job ahead of them this week and they have worked on the areas that they needed to improve on from last week’s semi final.

Meanwhile, in other finals that will be played this Saturday, Marist Brothers High School will take on Suva Grammar School in the under-15, Lelean Memorial School will play Suva Grammar in the under-16, and in the under-17, RKS will battle Marist.

Lami High School will face Queen Victoria School in the under-19 final while QVS will take on Nasinu in the main Super Deans final in the under 18 grade. In the Weet-Bix Raluve competition, Niusawa Secondary School will play Sigatoka Methodist College in the under-16 final, while Natabua High School will take on Adi Cakobau School in the under-18 final.

All matches will be played at the HFC Bank Stadium.
