As a new chapter continues with a 2020 Grammys  performance and major Super Bowl gig, the music superstar, Demi Lovato continues to be open and be honest with fans about her health and journey in the Hollywood spotlight.

Just days before performing her new song "Anyone" on music's biggest night, Demi sat down for a candid interview with Zane Lowe. During the revealing conversation, the Grammy nominee explained what makes her happy today.

She says her success is not her happiness however When she thinks about what makes her happy today, she thinks about her family and her friends.  She thinks about her team.

She adds she  would love to start doing more things that make her happy and worry less about success

While Demi Lovato is not nominated for an award at the Grammy's, she joins a star-studded cast of performers on stage with the likes of Ariana Grande, Jonas Brothers, and Camila Cabelo.

The Grammy's is scheduled to take place on the 27th of January at 1pm
