The Deadpool and Wolverine box office has passed the entire earnings of DC's Joker in three weeks, becoming the highest-grossing R-rated movie ever.
Deadpool and Wolverine is the 34th MCU film and the first starring X-Men characters after Disney acquired 21st Century Fox.
The movie had an amazing opening, becoming the first R-rated film to pass $200 million in its first weekend.
A few weeks later, Deadpool and Wolverine broke $1 billion, becoming the second R-rated film to reach that milestone.
The Marvel sequel's worldwide total reached $1.086 billion on Thursday night, passing Joker's $1.079 billion.
