As the Suva-Nausori lockdown is set to begin at 11pm tonight, many families have been planning on how they will be spending their time at home and what activities they will be doing to keep themselves entertained.

For Dave Lavaki who is famously known as Mr Grin, he has been spending time with his kids doing exercises, gardening and zumba.

He adds these times are stressful and he is urging everyone to check on themselves before checking up on others.
