World Rugby Sevens Series leading try scorer Dan Norton

World Rugby Sevens Series leading try scorer Dan Norton is one of the many threats that the Great Britain Men’s 7s team have for their Olympic campaign.

Great Britain are in the same pool as our Men’s 7s team and are expected to be one of our toughest challenges in the pool matches.

Norton will be joined by experienced 7s campaigners such as Dan Bibby, Tom Mitchell, Robbie Fergusson, Ollie Lindsay-Hague and Max McFarland.

Fiji had beaten Great Britain in 2016 to win the Gold medal.

The Fiji Men’s 7s team will begin their defence of the Olympic gold medal against Japan at 12pm next Monday and then play Canada at 8pm.

Fiji will play Great Britain at 12.30pm next Tuesday.

The quarterfinals will start at 8.30pm next Tuesday, the semi-finals will be played from 2pm next Wednesday while the final will be played at 9pm next Wednesday.
