Good news for Taylor Swift fans as they can “shake it off” in cinemas from tomorrow Friday 13, 2023 as Damodar Cinemas will be screening Taylor Swifts’ Era Tour film at Village 4, Village 6 and Damodar City Cinemas.

Damodar Cinemas Bookings Manager, Joseph Levaci says Damodar Cinemas is committed to raising the bar in the entertainment industry and is excited to bring not only Hollywood and Bollywood blockbuster movies to Fiji but this once in a lifetime Taylor Swift concert film as well.

Levaci says the concert film has a runtime of 2 hours and 48 minutes and will feature footage from three of Swift’s Los Angeles shows where she performed a set list of over 40 songs.

He says with the interest from Fiji Swifties, they expect a lot of singing, dancing and bracelet swapping in the Cinemas.

Levaci says this is the first post COVID-19 event that Damodar Cinemas will be screening and based on audience response they can definitely consider bringing in other artists’ shows.

The Eras Tour covers all styles of music from her 10 studio albums, across her 17-year career, ranging from country and pop to folk and alternative rock genres.

Some media outlets have even dubbed the Eras Tour the "greatest hits" tour of an artist still in her commercial prime. Levaci adds that with limited screenings in Fiji, Swifties are encouraged to get their tickets online from www.damodarcinemas.com.fj.

Ticket prices range from $10 to $25.
