DIVA for Equality Group Founder Noelene Nabulivou.

Women-led activist group, DIVA for Equality has started providing an additional 700 meals to students from two schools in Lami through their Love Meal School Food Programme as they have already been providing over 700 meals to students in three high-need Suva based schools.

Group Founder Noelene Nabulivou says they are hoping to provide meals to students in Sigatoka and Labasa but this will be based on the resources they have.

She says she is grateful to the people and organisations dropping in groceries and cash and are also urging people to continue assisting them as they hope to provide meals to students in Sigatoka and Labasa schools.

Nabulivou adds they want to continue to assist students until the end of the school year and are hoping to expand it if they can.

Meanwhile, Nabulivou has also confirmed that they have also included 10 at risk and marginalized women in their community catering team.

If you want to come forward to assist children needing lunch for school, please contact Noelene Nabulivou on noelenen@gmail.com.
