Continue to uphold the rule of law and the constitution of this country.

This is the message from the RFMF Commander Major General Ro Jone Kalouniwai when questioned on fijivillage Straight Talk With Vijay Narayan on what he expects from people who have been former Commanders and then have gone to become the Prime Minister or former Prime Minister of this country.

He says following the rule of law and the constitution is important to the RFMF, and those who came through their institution must ensure they continue to abide by the principles of democracy for this country.

Major General Kalouniwai says they have always extended their hands in terms of the way things have happened and the way things have developed.

The RFMF Commander highlighted that the 2022 general elections period was a very challenging time for them.
