As schools gear up for the upcoming Coca-Cola Games, the Powerade National Torch has been greeted with love and happiness as it tours secondary schools in the North.

The Powerade Torch was also greeted with such warmth by both students and teachers from Taveuni and Labasa where they shared special moments.

The torch took a round trip to the garden island of Taveuni by visiting schools like South Taveuni Secondary School, Holy Cross College, Bucalevu Secondary School and Niusawa Secondary School and also a part of the Taveuni Zone last week.

The torch with its team then made their way across to Labasa and visited Bulileka College, Labasa College, Valebasoga College and other secondary schools in the Northern Division yesterday.

The torch will be relayed to selected schools for a total of 29 days until the Coca-Cola Games begins from the 2nd to the 4th of May at the HFC Bank Stadium.

Meanwhile, the Coca-Cola Suva Zone 1 will start at 1pm, and will be held at the HFC Bank Stadium.
