Panthers superstar Nathan Cleary has been charged with a Careless High Tackle on Bulldogs fullback Connor Tracey in the semi-final at Accor Stadium.

The tackle in the 52nd minute has been assessed as a Grade 1 offence and carries a $1,000 fine with an early guilty plea.

Should Cleary fight the charge and be found guilty by the judiciary, he would be fined $1,500.

Fellow Panther Brad Schneider faces a $1000 fine for Dangerous Contact, while Bulldogs utility Kurt Mann is looking at an $1,800 fine for a Dangerous Contact offence.

Mann was placed on report for the hip drop tackle on Cleary in the 33rd minute, his second offence of this nature.

Sharks duo Toby Rudolf and Billy Burns have been charged following the Sharks' win over Canberra on Saturday night.

Rudolf faces a $1,000 fine for a Careless High Tackle on Raiders prop Joe Tapine, while Burns can accept a $1,000 fine for a Dangerous Contact charge.

Raiders back-rower Zac Hosking has been charged with Grade 1 Careless High Tackle on Blayke Brailey.

As this is Hosking's second offence of this nature, he will be fined $1,800 should he enter an early guilty plea.

In the preliminary finals this weekend, the Storm will take on the Sharks at 9.50pm Friday in Melbourne, and the Panthers will face the Broncos at 6.05pm Sunday in Brisbane.
