City cruise through to the next round of FA Cup

Riyad Mahrez struck twice in the second half as Premier League leaders Manchester City came from behind to claim a 4-1 win over Championship side Fulham in the FA Cup fourth round.

Fulham opened the scoring in the 4th minute however, the game was turned on its head almost immediately as Ilkay Gundogan and John Stones scored in the 6th and 13th minutes to give City a 2-1 lead at half-time.

In other FA Cup fourth-round matches, Chelsea scrapped out a 2-1 win over Plymouth Argyle, Norwich defeated Wolves 1-0 while new Everton boss Frank Lampard got off to a winning style with an emphatic 4-1 victory over Brentford.
