To assist families who have been affected by Tropical Cyclones Yasa and Ana, the Army Rugby club and the Suva Rugby Union will be holding a charity 7s competition in Levuka next month.

The TC Yasa and Ana Relief 7s will be held at Nasau Park in Levuka on the 5th and 6th of next month.

There will also be mixed volleyball and mixed netball competitions.

16 men's teams will compete for the $5,000 prize money for the 7s competition while $1,000 each will be given to the winners of the mixed netball and volleyball competitions.

Suva Rugby Executive Tevita Dawai says they are taking the competition to the maritime islands as they were the ones that were severely affected by the cyclones.
