Change has to be seen – Tudravu

Acting Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu

Acting Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu has reminded participants of the Training of the Trainers workshop that change has to be seen and the effectiveness of that change is in their hands.

Tudravu says changes can only be made if participants practice it first.

The Acting Commissioner told the officers that they need to hear positive comments from the public which is much needed rather than the ones that are being derived from unprofessional conduct of officers.

He said some Fijians have shown their support for the organization in terms of Customer Service training and some are starting to witness officers showing professionalism in their service delivery.

Tudravu has encouraged participants to put into practice what they’ve learned so far and pass on those basic skills of Customer Service to officers that work with them at station level, Command Centers and Community Posts.
