The Fiji Airways Fiji Men’s 7s team will kick off their Cape Town 7s campaign against Uruguay at 12.38am Sunday.
They then play Great Britain at 4.38am Sunday in their second pool match.
There is a new format being used at the Cape Town 7s where there are no quarter finals, as the top four teams go straight to the semi finals.
The Men’s cup semi finals start at 11.56pm Sunday, with the cup final at 5.11am Monday.
Meanwhile, the Fijiana play both their games on Saturday night taking on the USA at 7pm before facing Great Britain at 10.16pm.
The last time Fiji won in Cape Town was in 2018, where they beat the USA 29-15 in the final.
