The bodies of teenage brothers Shalvin and Shivneel Singh who were reported missing in the Dreketi River in Vuda, Lautoka on Friday has been recovered this morning.

Their bodies were retrieved by Police officers from the site where the incident occurred.

It is alleged that 18-year-old Shivneel was trying to get the ball from the water and when he struggled to surface, 17-year-old Shalvin came to his assistance where both of them drowned.
