Baselala gets his first start against the Force

Nippy halfback Philip Baselala will get his first start this weekend against the Western Force in their round 14 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific match.

Also making his return to the starting lineup is explosive loose man Etonia Waqa who is returning from injury.

Haereiti Hetet retains his place at loosehead prop with Samu Tawake at tighthead and captain Tevita Ikanivere at hooker.

Mesake Vocevoce and Isoa Nasilasila form the lock combination while Waqa is at blindside flanker with Isoa Tuwai at openside and Elia Canakaivata at No. 8.

Baselala partners up with Kemu Valetini in the halves.

Taniela Rakuro is on the left wing with speedster Ponipate Loganimasi starting on the right wing.

Tuidraki Samusamuvodre is at inside centre, with Iosefo Masi returning to the team this week at outside centre and Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula at fullback.

Providing impact from the bench are Mesulame Dolokoto, Peni Ravai, Mesake Doge, Leone Rotuisolia, Kitione Salawa, Leone Nawai, Inia Tabuavou and Selestino Ravutaumada.

The Drua take on the Force at 3.35pm Saturday at Churchill Park, Lautoka.

In other matches this week, the Hurricanes will play the Highlanders at 7.05pm Friday, the Waratahs will host the Crusaders at 9.35pm Friday, Moana Pasifika will take on the Blues at 7.05pm Saturday, and the Brumbies will play the Reds at 9.35pm.
