Bank of Baroda customers can now transfer money from their accounts to M-PAiSA wallet

Good news for those who bank with Bank of Baroda as they can now transfer funds from their account to M-PAiSA wallet.

This has been confirmed by the CEO of Bank of Baroda, Sudhansu Khamari during the integration partnership launch with Vodafone Fiji today.

He says customers who use the M-connect plus banking application can use this service.

Khamari says in the next phase they will introduce the option of transferring money from M-PAiSA wallet into Bank of Baroda accounts.

Vodafone Chief Marketing Officer Rajnesh Prasad says the money transferred from customers’ bank accounts will reflect in their M-PAiSA account within seconds.

Meanwhile, the Governor of the Reserve Bank of Fiji Ariff Ali says the partnership will assist in reducing the cost of accessing basic financial services for farmers, fishermen, market vendors and small and medium enterprises.
