The bail ruling for Gina Choi, Lagomacino Baules, and Peniasi Delai, who are jointly charged with the unlawful possession of 0.345 grams of methamphetamine, will be delivered this Friday.

The three appeared before Suva Magistrate Yogesh Prasad this morning.

The prosecutors informed the court that there are two other matters in other courts and they are hoping that it gets transferred and consolidated in this court.

Magistrate Prasad then gave the accused an opportunity to raise any concerns.

Choi told the court she wanted her marriage to Delai to be legalised.

In response, Magistrate Prasad informed her that anyone is free to get married and it does not require a court order.

He also told the counsel for the three accused to look into it.

The court also heard that Choi and Delai had already prepared and lodged their marriage documents, which were approved prior to their remand.
