Ba Football Association - Ba FC

The Ba football side will not have a coach for the Pillay Garments Champion Versus Champion series but there will be qualified personnel who will be guiding the team through the tournament.

While confirming this with fijivillage News, Ba Football Acting President Azam Ali says the team is not facing any major difficulties with not having a coach as they have some right people who know the job and are willing to do more.

He says a new coach will start his duty from the 10th of February.

Meanwhile, Ali says preparations for the series had started well but unfortunately, bad weather conditions in the last few days made it hard for the team to train.

He says the team hopes to start training today, if the weather is good in the West.

Ali says the team has successfully secured the transfers of Nadi rep Ruel Grayven, Tavua rep Ratu Dau and Nadroga rep Kalaveti Sivoi for the upcoming season.

He says all 3 players will be part of the upcoming CVC series against Lautoka.

Ba will take on Lautoka on Sunday and on 4th of February at 3pm at Churchill Park.
