Ba unleashed a spectacular offensive onslaught, overwhelming Nasinu with a resounding 9-1 victory in a thrilling Round 13 clash of the Extra Premier League at the Fiji FA Academy Ground.

Etonia Dogalau was the star of the show, firing two quick goals to set the tone early before adding a brilliant hat-trick later in the second half to cement his dominance.

Ba’s attacking momentum was further boosted by Penisoni Tirau and Leandro Luis Varas, who both scored in the first half, allowing Ba to take a commanding 4-1 lead into halftime despite Nasinu’s Paul Francis scoring one back.

The second half saw Ba turn on the style even more, with France Catarogo’s goal making it 5-1, followed by a goal from Nabil Begg.

Faazil Ali then showcased his skill and composure by scoring a well-taken goal, while Dogalau scored his third goal in front of an excited home crowd.

Ali’s second goal sealed a dominant 9-1 triumph for the men in black.

In other results, Lautoka thrashed hosts Labasa 4-1 at Subrail Park, while Suva defeated hosts Tavua 3-0 at Garvey Park.

Tomorrow, Nadi will face off against Nadroga at 1pm at Lawaqa Park, while Navua will take on Rewa at 3pm at the Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour.
